Pinterest idea

I am a big believer in visual reminders and motivation. I found this idea on Pinterest! I keep them on my dresser and it is a great reminder of progress. 

Motivation Wall

I asked my friends and family to send me quotes, saying or words of encouragement. I wrote down every single on on a note card as created my motivation wall. 

My motivation "wall" is my bathroom door. I see it every single day, a number of times a day. It is just something to give me a boost if I need it or to kick my butt into gear if I need it. 

I am always looking for more to add to my motivation wall, feel free to share any with me as well.
